The world doesn’t seem as cold
As the sun first shown
The colors are much more bold
As what’s black turns to gold
All fear seems to melt away
At the first light of day
The snow will melt away
Flowers will pop up everyday
The flowers will grow towards the sun
Children will run outside and have great fun
Once again the sun will set
But I do not fret
For tomorrow the sun will rise
And the bright colors will fill my eyes.

The first few lines really caught me! Great work!
